Ryan Rubich is a prolific rock singer / songwriter based in Jacksonville, NC by way of Houston, TX. With 20 years of music experience and nearly a decade of touring under his belt, Ryan is no stranger to the stage—and provides a unique and compelling perspective to his songwriting and performances.
From a young age, Ryan has always been passionate about music. At age 16, he was teaching guitar to 25 students a week before studying jazz at Lone Star College in Houston. It was there in Texas that he began hitting the strip, gigging nightly and establishing himself in the rich music scene of Austin for the next 4 years.
Ryan is also no stranger to struggle. His journey has brought him through many ups and downs, from living in his car on the street to 4 years spent running from the law. Ryan’s unique story of hardship and redemption has made his passion crystal clear through his music.
Currently, Ryan is working with producer Mike Corrado and preparing for the release of his debut EP “Find Your Way”—a lyrical dive into love and lust, things lost and found. In the meantime, you can find Ryan Rubich, the “stringer and singer”, touring the Southeast full-time—further establishing himself as one of the true troubadours of our time.
Ryan has opened for the likes of Josh Morningstar “Must be the Whiskey”. Adam Hood, writing credits - ( Cody Jinks, Travis Tritt, Miranda Lambert, Whiskey Myers, Muscadine Bloodline ). Jason Eady & most recently CJ Solar who co-wrote “Up Down” by Morgan Wallen/ Florida Georgia Line.
